• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality.

4. Swapping Guidelines

The Platform facilitates item swapping between users. You agree to:

• Accurately describe items you list for swapping, including their condition and any defects.
• Arrange safe and mutually agreed-upon meeting locations for swaps.
• Complete swaps in a timely manner and communicate promptly with other users.
• Understand that 2Swap is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of swapped items.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (e.g., item listings, photos, messages). By posting content, you grant 2Swap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content to operate and promote the Platform. You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and text, is owned by 2Swap or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.
• The quality, safety, or suitability of items swapped.
• The conduct or reliability of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2Swap and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from failed swaps, data breaches, or service interruptions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 2Swap harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and resolved through binding arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
